Responsibilities
- Drive a first‑of‑a‑kind process mining capability by setting up the Digital Footprint to capture all intended and unintended process flow across more than 10 functional teams in Front End globally.
- Design data visualizations that translate complex data into actionable insights, simplifying and optimizing process flows in collaboration with business owners, system owners, and decision makers.
- Lead the application of AI‑based solutions to optimize the digital footprint, achieving labor hour savings and efficiency uplifts at scale.
- Standardize digital processes across sites, enabling scalable and repeatable execution aligned with enterprise goals.
- Track, validate, and report productivity benefits (labor hour reduction, VAM/HC, annualized savings) in partnership with Site Labor Champions and Finance teams.
