Tilt is recruiting a Staff Data Scientist to expand its credit modeling and risk analytics for Cashalo, Philippines. The role is 100% remote with occasional travel to support business needs, reporting to leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will build and refine underwriting models, apply advanced modeling techniques, and leverage alternative data to improve loss predictions while shaping the data infrastructure for a growing fintech platform.
