Role Overview
As a Staff AI Agent Engineer in Siemens Energy’s AI Factory, you’ll own entire agent products end-to-end – from research prototype to production – across an organisation whose technologies underpin an estimated one‑sixth of the world’s electricity generation. Your agents won’t live in a sandbox. They’ll process real contracts, triage real engineering emails, and support project managers running multi‑billion‑euro gas turbine installations.
