Staff Accountant

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support core accounting operations for a growing organization in West Palm Beach, Florida. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working across month-end activities, reporting, payables, and payroll in a dynamic, multi-location environment. The role offers a flexible three-day-per-week schedule with the potential for expanded hours based on business needs.

Responsibilities:
• Manage month-end close activities by preparing journal entries, reviewing account activity, and helping maintain an accurate general ledger.
• Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies and support reliable financial records.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports that help leadership monitor performance across multiple business locations.
