Staff Accountant

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a finance team in San Antonio, Texas. This role supports core accounting operations with a strong emphasis on receivables, job cost tracking, and month-end activities while partnering with cross-functional teams to keep financial information accurate and current. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing daily transactional work with broader process improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:
• Manage customer invoicing, payment follow-up, and collection activities by coordinating with both internal teams and external contacts to reduce outstanding balances.
