Job Summary
Jones is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant to support the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our financial operations. This role is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial information in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), maintaining accounting records, managing inventory and fixed assets, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensuring compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams to drive operational and financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and post monthly journal entries related to inventory, fixed assets, liabilities, accruals, and other general ledger accounts.
