+ Maintain general ledger for benefit funds
+ Prepare and post journal entries
+ Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
+ Perform bank, trust account, and investment reconciliations
+ Process employer contributions and allocation reporting
+ Support benefit payment accounting
+ Prepare financial schedules and internal reports
+ Assist with audits, Form 5500 support, and compliance documentation
+ Maintain accurate records in compliance with ERISA and DOL requirements
+ Support internal controls and fund governance standards
