Stabilising / Profile Milling Operator - Waikato

We’re looking for a Stabilising / Profile Milling Operator to join our team, based out of Hamilton .

Work schedule:

• Generally Monday to Friday workdays.
• Regular Saturday and Sunday work required.
• Night shifts will also be part of the role.

What you will bring to the table:

• Previous experience as a Milling Operator or in a similar civil position.
• Hold a Class 4 or 5 driver’s licence with W, T, R endorsements.
• Mechanically minded, with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-driven and proud of your work.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Passion and commitment to safety in the workplace
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform manual work and maintain a good level of physical fitness
