STA Resident Manager

The Resident STA Manager is based within the Ford Silverton Assembly Plant and is responsible for driving Supplier Quality related plant quality containment actions, resolving 0 Month-In-Service (0 MIS) BSAQ issues, and managing campaign actions to keep the plant running without stoppage. The role is embedded in the plant, collaborating daily with Internal Quality, Plant Vehicle Teams (PVT), Site STA Managers, Engineers, Ford Cross Functional Teams and Suppliers. The role carries full management responsibility for the Resident STA Engineer team and is accountable, at a high level, for all tasks and outcomes delivered by that team.

+ Manage and lead the Resident STA Engineer team, prioritizing and allocating resources to achieve Resident objectives
+ Lead Zero Defect SAR and Top Supplier Improvement actions and drive Continuous Improvements.
