Role: Global Ops CoE – CarBravo Remote Field Force (Manila)

Responsibilities
- Serve as subject‑matter expert on CarBravo Platform, gaining deep knowledge and receiving training.
- Enhance dealer engagement and satisfaction through proactive outreach, informing them about new programs, updates, and promotions.
- Respond to dealer inquiries promptly and provide timely access to program details, resources, process assistance, and troubleshooting.
- Improve program adoption and compliance by addressing dealer concerns and helping resolve inventory, compliance, pricing, and warranty issues.
