Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented SSC Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support the setup and continuous improvement of the Europe HR Shared Service Center, with a key focus on payroll transformation, payroll vendor management and benefits administration across multiple European countries. This role will act as the in‑house payroll coordinator for the Europe Region, working closely with local HR teams, Finance, MIB HQ HR teams and external payroll providers to ensure accurate, compliant and efficient payroll operations.
