SSA Planning and Product Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven SSA Product & Planning Analyst to join the One.Aftersales team. The individual will be responsible for supporting the Sub-Saharan Africa After Sales function through parts pricing, business performance reporting, marketing, product management, promotional campaigns, and customer loyalty initiatives, while also contributing to strategic projects within the After Sales Division. This position is based in the One-Aftersales Department (Sandton)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement After-sales campaigns and promotions to improve parts sales growth
• Regular Dealer engagements, market intelligence, and trend analysis
• Develop, implement and manage After-sales marketing strategy, loyalty for market share growth.
