Roles & Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely entry of financial transactions.
- Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations regularly.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting books and supporting documents.
2. Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare MIS reports for management review.
