SRE & Production Management

We are seeking a passionate Reliability & Production Engineering (RPE) professional to drive operational efficiency, system resilience, and scalability across our fast-paced global platforms. In this role, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, troubleshooting complex full-stack issues while proactively mitigating reliability risks. By applying sound Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, you will design automated solutions to eliminate toil, enhance monitoring efficiency, and optimize observability. Collaborating across regional teams on a follow-the-sun model, you will champion operational readiness and deliver best-in-class, highly available services to our firm’s clients.

Location: Montreal (day 1 onboarding onsite/in-office presence required 3x/week)
