Principal – Administrative Teaching

The Strait Regional Centre for Education is seeking a Principal to lead St Mary's Education Centre Academy and ensure the implementation of the Public School Program and curricula to maximize student learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the public school program and curricula are implemented and effectively delivered.
• Create and maintain a safe, orderly, positive, and effective learning environment.
• Take all reasonable steps to secure full and regular attendance of students in accordance with centre policies.
• Complete and submit required documents as requested by the centre and/or the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development.
• Identify the staffing needs of the school and assist with the selection of staff.
• Employ and monitor acceptable accounting procedures in the maintenance of all fiscal records.
