**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
+ Operate a ball mill circuit and slag dryer to process materials efficiently while maintaining production and quality standards.
+ Operate heavy equipment, including front-end loaders, to move materials throughout the plant.
+ Collect material samples, perform basic quality control testing, and make process adjustments as needed to ensure product quality.
+ Assist with routine plant maintenance and perform basic mechanical troubleshooting to support safe and reliable operations.

+ Experience operating heavy equipment, with front-end loader experience strongly preferred.
