Sr Technical Program Manager, Data Center Operations - European Sovereign Cloud

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the European Sovereign Cloud (ESC) Data Center Infrastructure Operations team based in Berlin/Brandenburg, Germany.

This is a centralized program leadership role, serving as single‑threaded owner (STO) for key cross‑cutting programs, acting as bridge between centralized AWS teams and local ESC operations.

You will partner with software and operations teams as well as business and corporate functions to develop and improve tooling, processes and vendor engagement. You will make trade‑off calls in ambiguous environments, and drive delivery across teams that don’t report to you. If you thrive on complex cross‑functional problems where no one hands you a playbook, this is the role.
