**What do we require from you?**
- Minimum 5 years of experience recruiting mid and senior-level technology professionals and engineering talent.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment processes in competitive markets.- Strong negotiation and offer management skills.- Experience working with ATS platforms, recruitment tools, assessment platforms, and recruitment metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within established processes.
- Advanced or bilingual English proficiency.
- Experience partnering directly with clients, gathering hiring requirements, and providing recruitment guidance.
- Experience recruiting talent across Latin America for U.S.based clients.
