Contributing Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with application, infrastructure, vendor, and business teams to manage incidents, problem resolution, and maintenance activities effectively.
2. Support change, release, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities, ensuring smooth implementation and operational resilience.
3. Drive continuous improvement through proactive monitoring, process optimization, automation, and knowledge management, while maintaining operational documentation and cross team knowledge sharing.
