As our **Sr Sterile Processing Tech** at Chandler Regional Medical Center, you will be a vital direct care professional responsible for the meticulous decontamination, assembly, preparation, and sterilization of surgical instruments and medical equipment. Serving as a crucial resource, this role demands adherence to rigorous infection control policies and manufacturer recommendations to support all ORs and clinics. You will provide essential direct patient care support by ensuring sterile instruments and equipment for a wide range of surgical needs across a diverse patient population, from infancy to later life/geriatric.

Every day you will utilize various methods of high/low temp sterilization and disinfection, maintaining stringent quality control and biological monitoring systems.
