Sr Staff Test Engineer

Renesas’ “India For India” is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join our team. This role offers a unique and exciting opportunity to work on the development of state-of-the-art Power/Analog devices. You will be part of a cross-functional team, driving the product from conception to volume production. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Work with design/systems teams to understand specifications 
• Generate test plan, create test and char program, design ATE hardware interface boards 
• Debug characterizing silicon on ATE, correlate results with bench data 
• Analyse silicon results, supporting failure analysis tasks 
• Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout, debug and fix yield issues; optimize test time 
• Work with production team to release products to volume production
