Overview

The Sr. Specialist, Product Analysis partners with Product Managers and stakeholders to document requirements, support configuration changes, execute testing, and maintain recruiting and onboarding products. This role also identifies and implements continuous improvements that enhance product quality, usability, and operational efficiency.

This role drives execution across configuration, testing, deployment, and training, delivering modern, integrated, and experience‑led Talent Acquisition (TA) and onboarding capabilities that accelerate hiring, improve new‑hire productivity, and enhance the employee experience at scale.
