This role is housed in CIBCs Loan Closing Team, and is reserved for individuals performing at a Senior Loan Coordinator level. The Loan Coordinator is responsible for receipt, review and approval of Commercial and Commercial Real Estate loan documentation and due diligence, ensuring each transaction is in compliance with Bank Policies and Guidelines and Federal and State Regulations.
