Vacancy Description
SHINE Systems is seeking a qualified Sr. Space Auditor to support the FLS Space Management Team with maintaining accurate, current, and relevant facility and occupancy data. The Space Auditor will work directly with Directorate and Office Space Coordinators, Site Chiefs, Building Managers, government personnel, and other stakeholders involved in the use, assignment, and allocation of space.
The selected candidate will conduct facility and site audits, validate occupancy and personnel bed-down information, update seating allocations and floor plans, and analyze building usage data to support space planning, utilization, and compliance efforts. This role requires strong attention to detail, customer service skills, technical proficiency with space management tools, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
