Responsibilities
- Lead sales engagements with Account Executives and Account Management to qualify new sales opportunities
- Serve as the subject matter expert on PayNearMe’s technology platform, payments solutions, and Agentic IVA capabilities
- Partner with Account Executives to position and demonstrate Agentic IVA and future AI modules
- Develop and conduct compelling demonstrations of the payments platform and AI-powered solutions
- Propose, scope, and architect solutions that transform payment and customer engagement experiences
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to translate functionality into business value propositions
- Document client feedback and market data to shape sales strategies and product direction
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and quotas
