Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Insight & Pre-Sales Support : Collaborate with sales teams on customer visits, requirement research, and scenario mapping to identify pain points, solution entry points, and key decision factors. Support solution presentations, RFQ/RFP responses, bid materials, customer briefings, and key opportunity advancement.
2. Cross-Border Supply Chain Solution Design : Design tailored cross-border supply chain solutions based on customer industry, product type, order volume, inventory, lead time, cost, and service requirements — covering air freight, ocean freight, customs clearance, overseas warehousing, integrated warehousing and distribution, last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, and end-to-end solutions.
