General Description:

The Sr. Consultant demonstrates a high degree of technical expertise in managing and retaining assigned clients’ retirement plan business and handling client relation issues. The Sr. Consultant possesses proficiency in providing recordkeeping and compliance services for various types of plans, including 401(k), 403b, profit sharing, money purchase, non-qualified, etc. Sr. Consultant will provide mentorship & oversight with team projects, training, peer review and new business conversions. The Sr. Consultant also works with EPS Management as applicable to review team processes and procedures.
