Sr. Research Data Analyst (DOM Infectious Disease) - #Staff

The Center for Infectious Diseases in India (CIDI) in the Division of Infectious Diseases is seeking a **_Sr. Research Data Analyst_** (Sr. RDA) to lead analytics for multiple projects within the Center. The Sr. RDA will be active in the data pre-processing stages as well as the analysis and interpretation of results. The Sr. RDA will be involved in designing and developing analysis plans involving genomic analysis (Illumina, nanopore, RNA-seq, and nano String data), application-based data representation (e.g., Rshiny), and epidemiological methods (e.g., mixed methods and predictive analytics). The position will interact with other data analysts, genomics experts, laboratory staff, and clinicians. This position requires the ability to independently analyze and interpret clinical and genomic data, explore and select appropriate analytic methods and models, and conduct statistical analyses independently.
