Sr Project Manager

Monks is looking for a Senior Project Manager. Your responsibility includes order intake, scoping, quoting, preparing timelines & planning resources, managing the production & delivery process on time, budget, and according to the quality KPIs pre‑agreed with a client. You coordinate between project stakeholders and our internal teams to provide clients with a constant flow of high‑end production work. You’re a proficient communicator – able to provide clear updates on the development of projects and knowing how to describe issues and required actions to Monks, locally or in other offices or clients.

Role & Responsibilities

• In this position, you preside over digital & print assets Monks produces for several brands.
• You will be managing multiple projects simultaneously: the in and output of our Design, Illustration and Animation Monks.
• You have solid scoping skills, which translate into realistic timings and resource estimates.
