UPMC Mercy is hiring a full-time Sr. Professional Staff Nurse to join its Resource Pool department and rotate through our Critical Care units.
Resource Pool nurses receive a 10% differential in their hourly rate for floating and schedule flexibility.
The Night Program is expected to work strictly overnight shifts. There is an additional premium pay differential for those in the Night Program. Candidates must have at least 6 months of nursing experience to qualify, but one year of critical care experience is strongly preferred. Candidates may be required to complete any necessary orientation during regular business hours.
_Title and salary will be determined based upon education and nursing experience. Salary as shown is for a Senior level, which requires 2 years of nursing experience._
