UPMC Mercy is currently hiring a full-time, weekend Sr. Professional Staff Nurse II to join its Resource Pool department and rotate through our Med/Surg units!
Weekend RNs will work 12-hour rotating shifts Friday night through Monday morning and receive a generous 30% differential on top of their base rate. Resource Pool RNs also receive a 10% differential as part of their base rate for floating and schedule flexibility. A minimum of one year of bedside experience is strongly preferred.
The Resource Department is a vital unit that specializes in filling staffing needs.
