Sr. Production Clerk/Production Lead

Summary

The Sr. Production/ Production Lead is responsible for overseeing the execution of the facility production plans in the following departments. Assembly, Prep, Pizza line, Housekeeping, and Picking. The role will be roughly 20% Plan Develop and 80% Plan Execution.

Principal Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Execute department plans and goals.
• Drive productivity goals and expectations.
• Supervise line setup and execution.
• Understand company's GMPs, SOP, SSOP, and Product quality set by operation team, and monitor whether the Production system works properly.
• Ensure product orders are complete and yield loss documented.
• Coordinate dept plan changes with supervisors, line leads, and outside departments.
