Sr Process Engineer (Ciudad Juárez)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies, component mounting, soldering, testing, and packaging.
• Collaborate with design and R&D teams during product development or transfer to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency.
• Establish and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and control plans to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting for production issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
• Support new product introductions (NPI), including process validation, pilot runs, and scale‑up activities.
• Execution, evaluation, and certification of processes and sample runs.
