Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Time & Labor Systems Analyst with strong Kronos Ready / UKG Ready expertise to support a critical timekeeping and systems initiative. This role will focus on configuration, system processes, and time & attendance functionality, supporting ongoing operations and a future transition to Oracle (targeted July 2026).
This is a functional-technical (techno-functional) role working behind the scenes with internal teams and implementation partners-no client-facing responsibilities.
