• Provide leadership and direction to all disciplines involved to ensure supplier change requests related to materials, processes, and product design for packaging related changes.
• Develop cost-effective, compliant, and robust packaging solutions that protect product integrity and meet regulatory standards.
• Lead packaging validation activities including sealing, aging, and transportation studies.
• Lead packaging change control projects, research initiatives, and continuous improvement opportunities.
