About the Role
You will be part of Insight’s Infrastructure Managed Services team supporting multiple clients across diverse technologies and challenging projects. You will lead documentation efforts, provide expert‑level network support, and drive continual service improvements.
- Lead procedural and help documentation writing
- Analyze and resolve high‑repeat incidents through root cause analysis
- Act as a subject‑matter expert and escalation point for complex tickets
- Partner with consulting services on large‑scale implementations
