**Description:**
You will be the Sr. NC Programmer - Level 3 for the CNC Programming team which is responsible for developing and maintaining numeric‑control programs that support high‑precision aerospace production.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Sr. NC Programmer - Level 3 you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and sustaining CNC code that drives critical manufacturing equipment.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Develop and validate NC programs for milling, turning, and drilling operations, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and tolerances.
+ Analyze machining results, troubleshoot process issues, and implement corrective actions to improve cycle time and part quality.
+ Maintain and update machine parameters, tool libraries, and post‑processors to reflect new part designs and technology upgrades.
