In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this senior manager position is also responsible for serving as a leader and security subject matter expert with demonstrated success leading and managing a large and comprehensive security program. This includes delivering expertise and coherence across assigned area(s) while ensuring consistent and repeatable service delivery, effective integration, alignment, and unity of effort between frontline, area, regional, and national levels of the organization to establish and maintain a strong and adaptive security posture that aligns with organizational risk tolerance and business strategies.
This position is also responsible for managing geographically dispersed security teams to safeguard people, property, assets, and interests in support of the core business of providing high-quality and affordable healthcare.
