Sr. Mechanical Project Manager

Job Summary The Senior Project Manager leads the planning, execution, financial performance, and successful delivery of complex mechanical construction projects. This role provides senior operational leadership across multiple projects, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, scheduling, manpower utilization, and client satisfaction. The Senior PM also mentors project teams and supports the long‑term growth of the mechanical construction division.

Key Responsibilities

Lead large‑scale mechanical construction projects from pre‑construction to turnover.

Oversee procurement, scheduling, construction execution, commissioning, and closeout.

Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, specifications, codes, and company standards.

Coordinate with field leadership on manpower planning and construction sequencing.

Full responsibility for project budgets, forecasting, labour productivity, cash flow, and profitability.
