Senior Marketing Manager Colgate Total & Core, EMEA Division

Location: Therwil, Switzerland. Relocation assistance offered within region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Colgate Total and core toothpaste growth strategies for EMEA, driving innovation, new communication campaigns, and storytelling assets.
• Plan, implement, and track new product launches and re‑launches in close collaboration with the global Enterprise Oral Care Team and advertising agencies.
• Develop and execute solid brand strategies and programs for the assigned segments to drive impact within the Oral Care category.
• Support and coordinate Europe marketing strategy on specific projects and programs to meet business objectives.
• Lead and coordinate bundle development with cross‑functional partners, including R&D, Design, Regulatory, Legal, Supply Chain, and Packaging teams.
