The company provides customer support, sales, back-office operations, and specialized outsourcing solutions while managing both talent acquisition and day-to-day operations. Its value proposition is centered on delivering high-quality talent, cultural alignment with U. S. businesses, operational excellence, and cost-efficient solutions. The organization has already established key marketing foundations-including brand positioning, SEO, content initiatives, podcasts, and videos-and is now looking for an experienced marketing leader to transform these assets into a comprehensive demand generation strategy. This position reports directly to the CEO and offers the opportunity to significantly influence the company’s commercial growth.
