Responsibilities
- Lead a team of security engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and engineering excellence
- Own the holistic security roadmap, balancing proactive projects with security operations
- Perform hands-on critical alert triage, incident response, and detection engineering
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to implement security-by-design
- Manage CorpSec/IT functions, including onboarding, endpoint security, and compliance
- Lead the secure adoption of AI across the organization and product
Requirements
- Proven experience as a strong IC in security or infrastructure engineering
- Successful track record transitioning into engineering management
