The Pickup and Return Points (PARP) team manages Amazon's large-scale network of lockers and counters worldwide where customers can pick up their orders or process returns. PARP exists to serve Amazon customers through a network of pickup and return locations, in a way that improves transporter safety, reduces cost to serve, and enables incremental selection for Amazon - while making package handling effortless for customers, partners, and carriers. We accelerate adoption by driving customer awareness, conversion, retention, and partner satisfaction.
