Description and Requirements

The Hyphen Sr Engineering Manager demonstrates leadership among the engineering managers and leads the team to design, develop and implement modern full stack applications. As a leader, you will help deliver great products and mentor other team members in the process. You will collaborate with other engineering teams, and work autonomously to maintain existing applications and participate in new initiatives. As a technical leader, you will help develop and identify recommendations to use new technologies within the enterprise and improve the resiliency of our existing services used by our customers. Tech Stack: Technologies used by the team include, but are not limited to: • ReactJS/Typescript • Kotlin/Quarkus • Python • Kafka • Glue
