Sr. Manager for Talent Management

This role will lead the overall Talent Management and Organization Development functions. This leader will have a team of people working on the above agenda driving the strategic priorities of the organization

• Will work on building the overall talent strategy & framework for Organizations across diverse businesses and function
• Will work on multiple OD initiatives as found necessary by the organization
• Will lead succession management process and operationalize it through rigor in cadence with Sr. Leadership
