Sr. Manager, Enterprise UX Design Architect

Team Overview

The OneTru Platform team is responsible for creating a unified experience across data, analytics, identity, and decisioning solutions that power TransUnion’s credit risk, fraud prevention, and marketing intelligence capabilities. The team drives consistency, usability, and scalability across the enterprise platform while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Architecture stakeholders globally. This role leads the UX Design practice from the Costa Rica hub and collaborates with distributed teams across the U.S., Costa Rica, and India. The position reports to the Sr. Director, Product Management. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
