Sr Manager, Acquisition & Retention Disney+ (Madrid)

This position is office based 4 days per week in Madrid.

The person occupying this role will lead areas of Customer acquisition, retention and engagement (performance marketing, customer management & merchandising), working closely with YJE Brand, PR, Synergy & Partnerships teams as well as the wider central and global performance and acquisition teams. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a local strategy for the 3 areas in their scope, aligned with the global and regional priorities and guidelines.

Areas of Responsibility and Accountability

• In market lead for Performance & Acquisition Marketing as well as CRM and Merchandising
• Make sure the 3 areas work together to guarantee alignment across customer facing channels
• Owner of the paid media spend and strategy
• Lead all aspects of the plan and execution of the quarterly campaign laydowns for Spain and Portugal in coordination with brand marketing
