This position has a focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial, commercial and some residential equipment sitewide. A moderate to high percentage of “wrench time” is expected. Individuals are expected to demonstrate a high technical expertise in but not limited too carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, Lighting, mechanical, some HVAC and machinist functions.
