Key Responsibilities
Lead daily logistics, shipping, receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
Supervise, coach, and develop logistics team members, including scheduling, performance management, and training
Ensure on-time delivery of finished goods while optimizing freight, routing, and carrier performance
Manage inventory flow to support production schedules and customer demand
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, safety, and cost control
Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to align logistics plans with manufacturing output
Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, freight costs, inventory accuracy, productivity) and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety and quality standards
