Sr. Internal Communications Partner

Description We are looking for an experienced internal communications specialist to support enterprise messaging and employee engagement efforts in Des Moines, Iowa. This Long-term Contract position will shape communication strategies, create compelling content for multiple internal channels, and advise stakeholders on the most effective ways to reach employees. The ideal candidate brings strong executive writing capabilities, hands-on SharePoint and intranet experience, and the ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment.
